Inquiry submitted:

How do I free myself from Guilt and Blame for my past mistakes…

Dear One…

Guilt is the holding mechanism
that keeps us locked into
shame and therefore blame…

Each one holds
the next (emotion state) captive

One must free yourself
from the embarrassment
of the guilt that is felt

From the mistake that
is/was made (has occurred)

Only then can we
be free of shame…

For it no longer has
anything to hold onto

And blame….
Will lose its grip as well

So how do you free yourself from GUILT…
From mistakes that you have made…

Only through forgiveness…
finding the inner space within
to forgive yourself…

Opening a space to
embrace your humanness
in LOVE…

Finding GRACE…
that you are worthy
(FREE to receive)

Allowing forgiveness
to penetrate deep

To that which is
holding you captive

Forgiveness is calling you

We are each
called to LOVE…

WE ARE… Love

is our Divine birthright…
(ourselves as well as others)

is our intrinsic
Divine essence…

We cannot love ourselves
if we are holding onto shame,
blame or guilt

For past events,
or mistakes made

We are called to LOVE…
Because WE ARE Love…

Our Divine Nature is LOVE

Our Divine Nature is TO LOVE

We are Beautiful Divine Beings
of Love and Light…

As we express ourselves IN Love

Fully connected to ‘Who WE Are’

ONLY then…

Only when we graciously…
can we free ourselves
of the trap
and illusion
of guilt, blame and shame
