We are very happy to have you as part of the Abundance ALIVE Healing and Coaching Community Site, and we hope you are enjoying your time with us!

Our office hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific/California time, and we are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and most major U.S. Holidays. If you contact us during business hours, we will respond to your request within 4 hours. If you contact us after hours, you will receive a response the next business day.

Online Access to Your Membership Account

We now offer secure online access to your account where you can review your order history, see what mailing lists you are subscribed to as well as updating (but not cancelling) your billing information. In order to access the system, you must register with our Customer Portal.

Resetting Your Abundance ALIVE Password

Simply click on the Forgot Password link, and enter your email address associated to your profile.

(NOTE: This is a 2-step security process, you will receive 2 emails. One email will be like the email below, and after you clicked on the large link, you will receive another email which will then acknowledge that you are the one who requested the change. The 2nd email may end up in your Spam folder, so please look for it there if it didn’t show up in your Inbox.)

Dear Jane,

Our records show that you recently asked to reset the password for your account.

Your current information is:
Username: janedoe@comcast.net
Membership: member (This is NOT your new password. The system is merely acknowledging you as a member. Please continue reading the email.)

As a security measure all passwords are encrypted in our database and cannot be retrieved. However, you can easily reset it.

To reset your password visit the following URL, otherwise just ignore this email and your membership info will remain the same. (You MUST click the large link below to receive the 2nd email.)

Canceling Your Membership

To completely cancel your membership (including billing), please send an email directly to customersupport@maryahall.com.When sending us your cancellation, please include your full name and email address that is associated to your billing account and/or membership profile.

NOTE: Unsubscribing from the mailing list does not cancel the billing portion of your membership. You must submit that request in writing.

{Also note: if you are canceling within 2-3 days of the next recurring billing, there is a chance that the system will not have completely updated the cancellation request, and a charge may still process. If this happens, simply let us know, and we will happily process the refund right away. We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise.}
